• Ensure adherence to bank operating policies and procedures.
• Lead branch meetings with regional management to communicate goals and progress.
• Actively cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Prepare branch operating reports for senior management.
• Ensure policy compliance and attainment of branch goals.
• Oversee supervisory responsibilities and HR tasks, including interviewing and coaching.
• Ensure BSA, AML, and CIP compliance for daily operations.
