You will coach a team, deepen community relationships, and deliver measurable results as the branch evolves in a changing retail banking landscape.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, change management, and strong service standards to empower members and contribute to the branch’s success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Notary License required or within 6 months of hire.
• Proven track record in branch leadership and community involvement.
• Strong budgeting and people development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the branch team to achieve goals and maintain service standards.
• Oversee daily branch operations and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage branch budgets and profitability.
• Engage with local businesses and community leaders to grow membership and relationships.
• Mentor and support new branch managers and lead change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and internal controls.
