Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within the business community including participation with community organizations and community projects.
• Preferred 3–5 years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly staff meetings to discuss sales opportunities, goals, and operational issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a customer-centric culture.
• Expand and retain bank customer relationships and solicit new relationships from prospective customers.
• Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness; meet financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow deposits.
• Ensure operations comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures; manage risk.
• Streamline branch operations to improve efficiency and productivity; implement best practices.
• Represent the bank as a community partner and participate in local events and activities.
• Collaborate with treasury management, mortgage officers, commercial lenders and marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; provide insights to senior management.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend banking products; prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
