Qualifications

• Supervise, train, coach, and perform annual reviews for all branch personnel.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to meet performance, service, and operational goals.
• Coordinate training on bank products and services; ensure quarterly education courses are completed.
• Drive branch sales and new client acquisition through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
• Oversee branch financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage branch risk.
