Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7 years Branch Manager experience in a sales and service environment.
• Business development experience with strong community ties.
• Positive client-centric and service-oriented attitude.
• Clear communication of vision and removal of barriers for team success.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all assigned goals and monitor sales-related goals for branch team members.
• Manage and perform external sales calls.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to branch staff.
• Participate in leadership development courses and training.
• Ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction as measured by surveys.
• Engage with local community organizations and events.
• Collaborate with Assistant Branch Managers to direct daily operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance appraisals; address issues as needed.
• Oversee risk management and compliance with regulations.
