Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Able to build and maintain relationships within the business community including participation with community organizations and community projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly meetings with staff on sales opportunities, goals, and operational issues.
• Oversee branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure branch compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures; manage risk and asset security.
• Streamline branch operations to improve efficiency and productivity; implement best practices.
