The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in banking, strong sales and people skills, and the ability to build client relationships while managing budgets and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within the business community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve goals and service excellence.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly staff meetings on sales opportunities and operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and expand bank relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk controls.
• Streamline operations and implement best practices.
• Represent the bank locally and participate in community events.
• Collaborate with treasury, mortgage, commercial lenders, and marketing.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
