Job summary

Infuze Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure high-quality member service. You will manage loan applications, new accounts, and cross-selling while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of branch or banking experience, an AA degree or higher, and a plan to obtain CCUFC and Certified Lending Expert within two years of hire. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience in branch management or banking.
• Associates degree or higher required with bank compliance knowledge.
• Must obtain CCUFC Designation and Certified Lending Expert within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff to ensure accurate and efficient transactions and sales.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and banking policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and motivate staff to provide exceptional member service.
• Oversee loan interviews, processing, approvals, and mortgage licensing status.
• Maintain branch security, facilities, and equipment, and manage shift scheduling.
