The successful candidate will mentor inside staff, support outside sales efforts, and oversee timely processing of daily cash and reports. A results-driven leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a customer facing environment.
• Experience leading teams within retail or industrial distribution.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new digital tools; handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver customer service, nurture inventory levels and manage expenses.
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards; lead training for staff.
• Handle daily financial processing: cash reports, charge tickets, pricing and bank deposits.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide mentorship with HR.
