Qualifications

• Retail/industrial distribution leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; occasional 125 lbs with assistance.
• Computer skills; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Nurture inventory levels and control expenses.
• Lead training for inside sales staff on product knowledge, policies, and safety.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with HR and management to align workforce and policies.
