Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company seeks a Branch Manager in Bloomington, IL to lead daily operations, including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery logistics, while partnering with the regional sales team to support customer growth and account development.

You will mentor inside and counter sales staff, uphold safety and quality standards, manage branch budgets and pricing, and foster strong relationships with contractors and OEMs to deliver exceptional service across our markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience.
• Experience working in ISO-compliant environments, with audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including warehouse, delivery, and inside sales.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on targets for Inside Sales execution.
• Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with outside sales teams to develop new business and expand accounts.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues to support company goals.
• Manage pricing, product launches and promotional strategies with the Pricing Team.
• Oversee safety, staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations at the branch.
