As a senior member of the team, you will develop staff, manage events, monitor performance, and control costs to keep the branch productive and profitable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch administration and staff scheduling, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally; handle sensitive problems.
• Maintain reports and documentation; monitor expenses and cost control to improve profitability.
• Manage branch operations including cash handling, vault, ATM balancing, and security procedures.
• Coordinate product cross-selling and refer customers to lending staff as needed.
• Support events and promotions; manage branch meetings and customer outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, AML laws, and internal policies; enforce standards.
