ORNL Federal Credit Union in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent member service. You will handle member transactions, back up the Branch Manager, and contribute to growth initiatives.

You will mentor staff, maintain cash controls, ensure compliance with policies, and engage with members to offer suitable products and services. This role is on-site in East Knoxville.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• One or more years of financial services experience.
• One or more years of leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists Branch Manager with daily operations and provides leadership to employees.
• Processes member transactions, identifies sales opportunities, and recommends products to members.
• Conducts staff training, schedules employees, and reviews timecards.
• Audits and maintains branch and employee security, vault, and cash; ensures policy compliance.
• Assists with account research requests and member information handling.
• Participates in staffing needs, including hiring and training within the branch.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates with outside vendors.
• Participates in community events as appropriate.
