Airgas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple branches in the Parkersburg area, ensuring safety, top-line growth, and EBITDA targets. You will direct sales, administrative, and operating teams, manage P&L, and execute on core strategies across the district.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and proficiency in data analysis and SAP-enabled processes to optimize margins and customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proven B2B sales leadership with revenue growth and customer focus.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing P&L in a distribution environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the District to achieve safety, top-line growth, EBITDA, and operational excellence.
• Direct and motivate branches, administrative, operating, and sales staff.
