Binford Supply LLC seeks a Branch Manager to lead a local service center in Austin, TX. You will own safety, performance, customer experience, and profitability at the branch level with hands-on leadership.

You will build high-performing teams across sales and operations, drive growth, manage budgets, and represent Binford in the market through coaching and execution. This role demands accountability and people development.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in sales, sales management, and customer service with supervisory experience of four or more employees.
• Previous operations management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain training, inspection, corrective action, and safety focus.
• Total P&L responsibility; develop profits, plans, and budgets.
• Lead Service Center operations across sales, customer service, and logistics.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
• Develop strategies for Service Center growth and local goals.
• Coordinate daily facility activities to meet customer service and accuracy metrics.
• Create process maps and enforce internal SOPs.
• Measure performance against safety and efficiency targets.
