White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in Nashville, TN. The Branch Manager will be responsible for profit and loss, inventory, and customer relationships at the local site, ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in a related field, experience with Oracle and wholesale distribution, and Spanish language proficiency. This on-site leadership role will drive local market growth and team development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience building customer relationships and working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for the assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and ensures inventory control.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels and develops sales/ops capabilities.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow local market share.
• Monitors local market trends and pursues business opportunities.
• Ensures efficient operations and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
