Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience anticipated in a branch leadership role
• Spanish language proficiency is a preferred qualification
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Familiarity with sales order software, preferably Oracle
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products beneficial

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff
• Manage branch in Branch Manager's absence and assist in driving sales and profitability
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company procedures
• Resolve branch-level issues, investigate inventory discrepancies, and adjust as needed
• Assist customers and support counter and inside sales; ensure accurate, timely order billing and staff scheduling/budget analysis
• Ensure compliance with MVR requirements for drivers and maintain safe operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
