You will supervise 1–4 staff, ensure compliance with company policies, manage loans, collections and expenses, and mentor the team to meet or exceed monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Top Performers with GILA Branch Management experience or lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service Experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and annual branch profit standards are consistently achieved.
• Ensure operational standards by the 10th, 20th, and month-end.
• Achieve tax preparation objectives each tax season.
