Job summary

Sunset Finance seeks a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure objectives are met in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staff, train the team, and uphold customer service standards across daily tasks.

Top performers with GILA branch management or related experience are preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The role includes a base salary with profit-sharing bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Top Performers with present or previous GILA Branch Management experience or lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and annual branch profit standards are consistently achieved.
• Ensure operational standards are met by the 10th, 20th, and month end.
• Achieve tax preparation objectives each tax season.
• Oversee 1 to 4 employees and manage staff performance.
• Train staff on company policy and procedures and ensure legal compliance.
