Qualifications

• Experience in loan industry management strongly preferred or 2–3 years of prior management experience in similar customer service or collections industries.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities with responsibility for training Loan Specialists.
• Able to manage branch operations and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Be a leader and mentor and accountable for training and development Loan Specialists
• Create a culture that encourages growth, learning and success
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
• Establishs performance goals
• Handle adverse customer situations while maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business
• Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
• Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections calls
• Tax preparation (may vary by location)
• Plan and develop branch growth by networking with local community and other businesses
• Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals
