Job summary

Sunset Finance in McDonough, DE seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive loan activity, and lead a small team. You will align staff with policy and objectives while delivering excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual profit targets, supervising 1–4 employees, and training staff on loan processing, collections and compliance. A high school diploma and prior leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing a branch and supervising 1–4 staff.
• Must meet annual profit objectives and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and annual branch profit standards are met.
• Maintain operations standards by the 10th, 20th, and month end.
• Achieve tax preparation objectives each tax season.
• Oversee 1 to 4 employees; coach staff daily.
• Train staff on loan procedures and contract enforcement.
• Process loans and manage collections and expenses.
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure data security.
