Qualifications

• Top Performers with Present or Previous GILA Branch Management experience or Lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service Experience required.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager is accountable for day-to-day branch activities and ensures objectives are consistently achieved.
• Provide leadership, support, and training to staff to maintain performance standards.
• Oversee 1 to 4 employees and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle loan processing, collections, and expense control to drive branch profitability.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely completion of all required branch documents.
