Qualifications

• Top performers with GILA Branch Management experience or lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and annual branch profit standards are met.
• Maintain operational standards by the 10th, 20th, and month-end.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to branch staff.
• Drive growth in accounts and receivables through retention and advertising.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policy and handle daily duties.
