The ideal candidate has Top Performer experience in GILA Branch Management or related Customer Service leadership, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Top Performers with Present or Previous GILA Branch Management experience or Lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service Experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to meet objectives.
• Provide support, training, and guidance to staff.
• Achieve monthly and annual branch profit standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policy.
• Manage loans, collections, and expense control.
