Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in Connecticut. You will be accountable for P&L and inventory/accounts receivable for the assigned location, driving EBIT and ROS goals, while safeguarding assets and leading a capable team.

You'll develop customer relationships, supervise staffing, and work with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. This on-site role requires 7+ years' related experience and a valid MVR check due to vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• Wholesale distribution experience is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
