Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle and pass an MVR check.
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred).

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational needs. Develops staff through training programs.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborates with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures efficient operations through adherence to policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
