White Cap is hiring an on-site Branch Manager in New Jersey to lead our local operations with responsibility for P&L, inventory, and customer relationships. You will drive EBIT, ROS, and ROIC while safeguarding assets and optimizing staff performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of hourly and salaried associates.
• Experience in branch, warehouse, distribution, or construction supply.
• Strong financial and business acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguards company assets and associates; oversees inventory management.
• Ensures staffing levels to meet service and operational needs; develops staff.
• Builds customer relationships and resolves issues; liaises with leadership.
• Monitors market trends; grows local market share and opportunities.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and safety programs.
