Job summary

White Cap Management LLC in Connecticut is hiring a Branch Manager to oversee P&L, inventory, and AR for the location. You will drive EBIT/ROS goals, safeguard assets, ensure staffing, and develop sales and operations capabilities while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will build relationships with customers and vendors, monitor local market trends, and implement strategies to grow market share, while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a related field.
• Operates a company or personal vehicle >20% of the week.
• MVR report will be run and must be acceptable.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguards company assets and associates.
• Oversees staffing levels and training to meet service and financial needs.
• Develops relationships with customers and vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitors local market trends and grows local market share.
