Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years consumer finance or related management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Personnel management skills and budgeting abilities.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet profitability, loan volume, credit quality and service goals.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits and manage delinquency follow-up.
• Develop new business and build community relationships to promote branch growth.
• Drive sales, customer service excellence and retention through coaching and supervision.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations and staff development.
