Responsibilities include staff motivation, developing new business, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of consumer finance experience or related management experience.
• Effective communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Personnel management and budgeting experience.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expense.
• Pursue business development relationships within the community and sell products to meet sales goals.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations; establish lending authority for staff.
• Ensure a high quality of client service and assist clients with solutions while monitoring satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned.
