Qualifications

Personnel management and budgeting skills are important.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals across profitability, loan volume, delinquency, and expenses.
Make loan decisions within lending limits and manage collections as needed.
Develop new business and relationships within the community to drive referrals and retention.
Sell banking products and services to meet sales targets.
Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
Set lending authority for associates and ensure high-quality client service.
Assist clients with solutions and monitor overall client satisfaction.
