Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the full-service branch's daily operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in line with company objectives.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving sales goals through new business and referrals, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 0–3 years of consumer finance or related management experience.
• Effective communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, loan volume, and customer service.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits and collect delinquent accounts as needed.
• Develop new business relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Establish lending authority for associates and ensure high-quality client service.
• Assist clients with solutions and monitor overall client satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned.
