Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, customer service and staff supervision. You will lead a team to meet branch profitability, enhance client relations, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, making lending decisions within authority, pursuing new business relationships in the community, and driving sales to achieve targets

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
• Experience in staff management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, organization and sales abilities.
• Proficient with loan software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals and profitability.
• Make loan decisions within authority; close consumer loans and collect delinquent accounts as needed.
• Develop new business relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales objectives.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations.
• Ensure high quality client service and compliance with guidelines.
