Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in consumer finance and personnel management is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and sales abilities are essential.
• Proficient with loan software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals for profitability, loan volume, delinquency and expenses.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits and manage collections in critical delinquency stages.
• Develop new business relationships within the community and promote sales and service culture.
• Sell products and services to reach sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Set lending authority and ensure high quality client service across the branch.
• Assist clients with solutions and monitor overall client satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
