Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to drive branch profitability.
• Oversees loan approvals and closings as needed.
• Builds customer relationships and delivers exceptional service.
• Plans staffing with Recruiting and District Supervisors.
• Monitors branch operations, cash controls and reporting.
• Develops partnerships with local retailers and accounts.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws governing consumer finance.
