Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Branch Manager for Riverside Crossing/Tucson. The role oversees sales, service, and staff development to meet branch goals and deliver superior customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have local Tucson market knowledge, a strong background in banking operations, and a proven sales track record. The position requires flexibility to travel to nearby branches and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; 3+ years in mgmt, business development and banking ops; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local to Tucson area or nearby community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals.
• Create a vital sales and service environment fostering teamwork with partners and other departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, achieve sales goals and exceed service expectations.
• Drive results in developing branch staff and customer relationships while managing branch performance.
