Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Tucson to collaborate with the Branch Manager in organizing and implementing strategies across operations, customer service, marketing, merchandising, and finances.

The role involves supervising staff, driving sales, and ensuring safety. The position offers a 44-hour work week, potential bonuses, and a broad benefits package including health, FSAs, and paid time away.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service.
• 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience selling floorcovering products.
• Experience with timekeeping and CRM systems.
• Associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead training and performance management for staff.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
