Job summary

The Restaurant Store offers a Branch Manager Internship in a retail setting in Lancaster, PA. You will gain day-to-day operations exposure and contribute to high levels of customer service and satisfaction while supporting sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

In this role you will build relationships with business customers, execute the TRS process, manage basic cashier duties, stock the store, monitor inventory, promote private label brands, and help customers understand our Brick and Click

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business customers through B2B sales and excellent customer service
• Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, and build loyalty
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles
• Maintain store merchandising, restock shelves, and clean as needed
• Analyze basic inventory data to determine product availability and reorder status
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit
• Educate customers on TRS advantages and the Brick and Click model

• Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building and developing relationships with our customer base
• Execute on our proven TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customers’ needs, 3) exceed expectations, and 4) build loyalty
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles
• Perform general store maintenance through cleaning and merchandising functions, while also restocking shelves and putting away incoming stock
• Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status
• Promote our private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit
• Educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages (best people, best technology, and best price)
• Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of our website and educate customers on how to best utilize our Brick and Click business model
