Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Branch Manager Intern to gain day-to-day operations experience in a retail branch and contribute to customer service excellence. You will align with sales, purchasing, and inventory teams to achieve operational goals.

You will conduct B2B sales, handle cashier duties, assist with merchandising, monitor inventory, and promote private label brands while guiding customers on our Brick and Click model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with business customers.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic cashier tasks.
• Awareness of inventory levels and replenishment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building relationships with our customer base.
• Execute on the TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customer needs, 3) exceed expectations, 4) build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; restock shelves and organize incoming stock.
• Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and reorder status.
• Promote TRS private label brands to maximize gross profit.
• Educate customers on our competitive advantages (quality team, technology, pricing).
• Understand the website and educate customers on the Brick and Click model.
