Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Peoria, IL seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive inside sales, optimize warehouse and delivery logistics, and partner with regional sales to grow accounts.

You will mentor staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery; enforce safety, budgeting, pricing strategies, and ISO compliance. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse and delivery teams.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on targets and drive profitable growth.
• Oversee branch operations, safety, compliance, and inventory levels.
• Maintain customer relationships and support key supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and market competitiveness.
