Job summary

Republic Finance in Augusta, GA is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for a 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch management. This is a 100% onsite role with a clear path to Branch Manager and relocation support when promoted.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, and guide loan applications while developing leadership and sales skills. The compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and loan needs.
• Originate new loan business by listening to customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Guide customers through loan applications and reminders.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans.
• Manage loan closings and processing of insurance claims.
