Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to begin a career path toward Branch Manager. The role includes an 18–24 month paid training program and a full relocation package for promotions.

You will help originate loan business, educate customers on lending services, and support recruiting, training, and sales planning to drive branch growth while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Educate customers on lending services and product options.
• Support management in ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
