Republic Finance is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Georgia. This entry-level role includes an 18–24 month paid training program, then leading a branch and growing loan business. Expect relocation support when promoted, and a strong emphasis on customer service and sales performance.

You will work onsite, engage customers, and help them achieve their financial goals while advancing into a Branch Manager role. A degree and some sales experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform credit decisions.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
• Relocate for promotion; full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.
