Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for 100% onsite work in the United States. The role includes a paid 18–24 month training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation assistance when promoted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations.
• Ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.
