Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to start through an 18–24 month paid training program and grow into a Branch Manager role. You will learn branch operations, manage a branch, and help grow loan business while supporting customers with their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet standards for criminal/credit history and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and with sales plans.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
