Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Georgia. You will go through an 18–24 month on-the-job training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support upon promotion.

Your focus is to help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business, educating on lending services, and supporting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. Relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience (i.e. retail sales, goal-oriented, incentive based) is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. *Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals by originating loan business and listening to understand needs to recommend suitable loan and voluntary products.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values.
• Promote an outstanding customer experience and support day-to-day branch operations.
• Relocation package is provided when promoted to Branch Manager.
