Job summary

Bellco Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to lead customer relationships across retail and small business within the Westminster branch. You will drive profitability, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional member service.

You will manage audits, ensure compliance and execute the branch business plan while coaching teams to achieve growth targets and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two plus years teller/operations experience preferred.
• One year sales and customer service in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all branch customer relationships across retail and small business segments.
• Oversees branch profitability, operations, audit scores and compliance.
• Trains, coaches and develops branch staff; provides on-the-spot coaching.
• Manages branch budget and annual operating plan.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and risk controls.
