Job summary

The role requires a college degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years teller/operations experience and supervisory/leadership capability. Travel between branches may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Prefer 2+ years teller / operations experience.
• One year sales and customer service preferably in financial services.
• Supervisory/lead/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco's core values in all member interactions.
• Responsible for overall branch financial results, operations, productivity and cost control.
• Develops and executes annual branch marketing, business development, sales and service plans.
• Leads staff training, coaching and development to meet sales/service goals.
• Manages branch operations and audit readiness, ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversees hiring, performance management, reviews and salary recommendations.
• Maintains strong client relationships and handles escalated member issues as needed.
