Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year retail branch experience within a financial institution.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.
• 1 year consumer lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrates the Westerra Experience (WX) into daily branch activities, focusing on relationships, sales, and member experience.
• Drives a high-performance culture with data-driven goals tied to budget and strategy.
• Meets/exceeds monthly sales goals while maintaining stellar service and member experience.
• Coaches and develops staff; ensures efficient branch operations and policy adherence.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services and educates members and employees on digital solutions.
• Represents Westerra at business development and community events.
