Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Springfield, IL to lead a high-performance team and deliver top-notch service for homes and businesses. You’ll drive revenue growth, manage operational performance, and mentor staff across sales and service.

No industry experience is required thanks to Orkin’s award-winning training program; relocation within the region after 6-9 months is expected. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching and training
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement
• Drive revenue generation and growth, monitor daily activities and results
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing margins
• Recruitment, selection and training across sales, service and customer staff
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of training
